ISN
A brand-forward workspace
ISN, a global leader in contractor and supplier information management, wanted to create an office that reflected their commitment to employee wellbeing. Guided by their belief in creating safe and sustainable workplaces for everyone, we translated their brand identity into a space that feels purposeful and welcoming.

SOLUTION

We delivered a workspace that balances brand presence with daily functionality. Every design element reflects a deep understanding of ISN’s operational needs.
BRAND REFLECTION
SIGNATURE RECEPTION AREA
At the heart of the reception space is a custom seating nook and feature wall that. The design follows branding standards seen in their Sydney and Edmonton offices, creating continuity across locations.
The focal point—a detailed logo display made from thousands of individual acrylic pegs—adds both texture and storytelling.
TECH-FORWARD BOARDROOM
ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
The boardroom was designed with performance in mind—starting from the ceiling down. A sculptural acoustic ceiling helps control sound while integrating lighting, microphones, and speakers throughout the space.
We matched ISN’s global standards by incorporating a Herman Miller conference table and ergonomic seating in their preferred palette. Combined with the natural light and minimalist finish, the result is a meeting space that stays calm, clear, and completely connected.
We integrated custom-built planters filled with real greenery throughout the open office. These elements serve as soft space dividers and built-in storage, adding structure without closing off the layout. Positioned along key walkways, they help guide movement while keeping the space light.
Paired with a soft, neutral palette and natural light, these details create a wellness-focused environment that feels grounded, thoughtful, and fresh.

WHERE BRAND MEETS FUNCTION
ISN’s new office balances brand fidelity and daily usability. Every design decision—from the custom millwork to the integrated AV systems—was made to support ISN’s vision.
The space delivers subtle, yet consistent brand expressions, while prioritizing acoustic comfort, functionality, and flow. It is a workplace designed to perform quietly in the background, allowing the team to focus, connect, and get the job done.
Corissa Hafejee, Project Designer
The ISN team brought a strong sense of clarity to the project from day one. They knew what they needed, especially around acoustics and functionality, and trusted us to take that vision and run with it. That level of collaboration made the process smooth and genuinely enjoyable.
